The S4 is a never ending work in progress. Finally the suspension is dialed in where I like it 500/550 with the tracksports. Except somewhere in the rear its squeeking sounds like one of the springs. Has anyone had this happen before?

Also the ECS hats have worn down and they want me to send the entire rotor, hats and hardware to them.. Thats just not practical at all esp. with rental car costs and all the associated headaches. Its rattling like a ****.

Anyways here's a new pic with the ride height at 25 and 3/4 and anthricate wheels..

Hey MOSSMAN When are you going to come back to my resturant so we can talk about putting on some real fueling and software?

Also, Thanks Thomasz from Startup Racing for helping me out with the springs and the quick drop shipment. I am finally in good standing with the suspension after about a year of tweaking.

Rotor - hardware - hat , which part is "worn down" ?

None left. But damn good flow with the SPAL fan even on hot summer days. [overkill]

The hardware is tightened to spec and something is loose. Very embarassing.

What made you decide on the 500/550? Sounds like something I would do but most have a 100 gap

but what happened to the old ones? Weren't those HRE's? Did you just paint them?
