Ok here's my newest song in its first mix. Going to redo the vocals next week but i think it's a awesome start! the song sounds bad ***. Avril better be calling soon!

I'm always partial to female vocalists...

I don't quite understand the little scratch and sample at the beginning, since I didn't hear it through the rest of the song.

I like longer songs, but this seems to get just a touch repetative near the end.

As a whole, the song seems very light and airy. Kinda reminds me of the first Letters to Cleo CD.

That would be me BTW. I like the beat a lot, the the volcals kind of overpower the music and the instruments sound sort of tinny, but I'm guessing it that will be taken care of with mixing. You've got talent, what else can I say. Hearing stuff like this makes me wonder what kind of music I'm missing since everything I listen to is either delivered over satellite radio or written more than 10 years ago.

it was just supposed to sound like a record starting and it was kinda just me playing with my 12 gigs of samples trying to find something interesting - not sure if'll keep it or not or maybe i'll add hte record noise to the end!
