Of course every six piston caliper is going to have smaller pistons than its four piston counterpart, but overal piston size/volume almost always increases. And a big second on the rotor sizes.

...but I think you'd be surprised how not long my pedal travel is.
You should drive the car, though I'm not really happy with the front pads. Going to try running Ferodo 2500 all around next time.

If you do come up with a sellable kit - I will be happy to sell it for you. If you come up with a hobby kit, I will be happy to host the parts list, and install information, FAQ, whatever you come up with. Doing so it is not hard, just harder than it seems at the start. After all, rear brakes - hat, rotor, bracket, SS lines - how hard could that be? Hard enough that only Stasis and ECS have a kit...
