Next time you get pulled over make sure to hang up first.

the officer was learly telling the owman what would happen if she did not step out of the car. The woman clearly refused to do what the officer was asking and continued to report exactly what was happening to the person on the other end of her phone call. She know what was going on, she know what was going to happen. She got tazed. She damn near asked for it.
Although tazing is painful, the alternatives wouldent be much better. She would have been pulled from teh car, risking injury to herself and the officer, and thrown on the ground with a knee in her back.
I totally disagree with the second tazing. She was obviously docile at that point. I also disagree with the officers covering themselves on video stating that she swung at them.

after watching the other 4 videos I think it was resonible. I mean, she was blatantly resisting arrest, the cop had called for back-up and the second tazer was after she started to rip one of the probes out of her arm... I mean, if you can do that then you can obviously put your hands behind your back. The cops didn't know what she was going to do, if she was going to fight with them or had a weapon. The tazer protected them and her in the end. Granted tazers can be lethal but so can grabbing someone, pulling them out of the car and throwing them on the ground (smacking your face into pavement isn't the safest thing in the world). She was an *** to begin with, and the cop put up with a lot of crap up until that point.

sometimes, just sometimes, phone calls can be important (e.g. spouse/child involved in an accident, physician responding to hospital page, etc). Did the guy ask her why she was continuing her call? I don't know if he did or didn't, but it seems to me that by the time you start yelling at someone you've lost control of the situation.
