No boost Stage 3(1 year no problems), this ones confusing.

I'm thinking its valve cover gaskets
I jacked the car up and got underneath it while it was running and everythhing seemed fine. Turbo's sounded okay but i noticed a pretty worth while oil leak by the headlights on both sides and oil dripping from the bottom.
I dont know if the symptoms fit the diagnosis, but i am goign to assume something simple before something HORRIBLE
Does bad valve cover gasket sound like it could cause the problem?
