No more saggy sideskirts!!! Cheap Home Depot fix!!!

The OEM replacement screws are pretty expensive and I discovered in the prior post that they don't last very long.
Here are the parts used as seen above:
Nylon washer with 1.50" Outside Diameter
3/16" x 3 Toggle bolt
