is nogaro blue a 3 stage paint?

since the offical name is nogaro pearl blue...does that mean its 3 stages like pearl white?

coulda swore it was nogaro blue pearl effect.

not sure, but i think it's just base + clear, with
the blue pearl effect in the clear.

I bet it is. Nogaro is an incredibly dynamic color.

Besides being the fastest, it is probably a complex paint as well. Call your body shop - they'll know.

Earliest version(s) as seen on RS2 (1994-96) were actually not even the same color. Then paint processes changed anyway...

Assuming that you're looking for the current B5 S4 version, Nogaro Blau Metallic Perl Effekt seem to be three.

If you're just going for the color, you might look into Jazz Blue (VW). Very similar but less involved. Should cost less to do FWIW.
