when the car is sitting ideling, you can hear ticking, clacking of parts that were not there when the car was younger.
I have had all the belts and tentioners replaced about a year ago.
Is it just me being paranoid, or is there more concearn?

since i am the original owner i know the car has been well taken care of...i guess i need to not worry.

You sure the timing is dead on...and the tensioner is still good?
Did they replace all the rollers/idlers?
Other than lifter noise, it should remain relatively quiet. If that noise is coming from the front of the engine bay, I'd look into it, even if it means taking everything apart.
