Default Not sure if the audi tech is lying, need help!

I brought my car in to audi due to an idling problem, and was told that all 2.7T engines are like that...suppose to be a normal thing. i find that hard to believe and have brought it in twice. The car's idle jumps up and down very subtle and only at a standstill...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm also about 30 miles away from losing my warranty! Also, what mods should i start with first. I plan to install H&R coilovers next week and wondering if anyone has the RS4 kit for sale that fits perfectly, without major adjustments.
thanks all.

Default yes your dealer is lying ! must scan the car first for codes and ...

then go from there ...as for mods it really based on you ,and what you use the car for I like to start with a chip
now RS4 kits , many tuners sell RS4 parts you should do a search first ! here are some good tuners ...

The rough idle is common for the 2.7T. Best to check for DTCs though - make sure nothing serious.

Mine has always been a little rough compared to my 2000 328i. Very minor vibration.
