i had a similar noise when i pressure tested. one of the TBB clamps pinched my TBB
making that noise.. have you done a pressure test ? first thing i would do is loosen, adjust, tighten TBB clamps. If that doesnt work, pressure test, and if you dont find any leaks start getting into turbos and power steering pump.. but i doubt that.

Sounds like vibrating waxpaper. What kind of DVs? Could one be defective? I would pull the dvs
and test them. Did you upgrade dvs b/c the old ones failed? If you still have the old ones and they're good, try popping them back in.
I doesn't really sound like a straight boost leak nor does it sounds like a bad waterpump/ps pump. It sounds like a vibrating diaphram.

They're Forge DV's, i replaced pprior to getting chipped, I might need to re-grease them, but ...
the sound i am hearing isnt coming from there, it is coming from right in front of the driver side turbo, maybe underneath it. I'm pretty sure it isnt thedentist drill noise.
