They put a hole in my muffler coming off their ramps. Happy 21st Birthday FBAnder! They also claimed they couldnt get my front wheels off so they didnt even mount my RS4 DTMs on the car...gotta do that myself. They did offer to put 2 new ones on the rear though (they sure know their cars!)...
Just letting everyone know that I think NTB sucks the big one! At least the tires are mounted on the wheels.

Wheel from the car...
both front wheels. They tried to tell me it was because the wheels had never been taken off and I just laughed. They were also trying to use a breaker bar about the size of a magic wand.

after having my wheels rotated at the dealer on my old A4
i got a blowout on the freeway and i couldn't get the lugs loosened, even standing on the lug-wrench. the CHP guy who stopped was nice enough to help and even he (200+ lbs) couldn't do it by hand. he needed to stand on the lug wrench and almost jump up and down.
over-torqued lugs can be a biotch.
