about 6 months ago i got o2 codes for driver side - no signal. i checked and the wiring from the connector to the ECU had cracked.
i ordered a new connector and 'pinned wires' from Craig at genuineaudiparts.com. I cut the old connector off and used butt-connectors to attach the new pinned wires which i pushed into the new connector.
i am 99% certain i got the correct colored wire to the correct pins on the plug (narrowband logs show deviation of ~.005 between both banks and my fuel trims are always within 1/2% on both banks). I would think if i crossed a wire the deviation would be greater or not work at all. I just want to make sure because i've been getting an intermittent (like once very two weeks) P1131 / resistance too high code.
I think it's the butt connectors, so I'm going to solder the connections and wrap in heatshrink tubing. I just want to double check the wire color to pin# before i solder to make absolutely sure they're hooked up okay.
thanks for any insight!
