O2 sensor for S4 = VW O2 sensor? Which ones should I change?

O2 sensor for S4 = VW O2 sensor? Which ones should I change?
Dealer wants $200 for each primary O2 sensor on the S4. Seems way overprices for just a sensor.
Read somewhere that VW Bosch O2 sensor are the same part number as Audi S4 sensors. Can someone confirm this? If it is, then the price is A LOT lower.
For those who have changed the O2 during service. Did they replace all 4 or just the 2 primary ones?
