Do dealers tell these poor soles to cool their cars down after driving them, by ideling? Honestly, mine didn't. This is my first Turbo car and Im glad my friends told me about that. At first I thought it was cool when after hard driving and shutting down you hear the turbos wind down. <oh god>

...to snuff and the turbo's aren't getting the flow of oil that they require. A lighter weight synthetic such as 0w-30 or 0w-40 should help in this regard.
I also believe there were some problems with the oiling system on the 2000 S4's. Either the oil line routine/desine was sub-par and the passenger-side turbo was starved for oil under certain conditions, or something along those lines. Proper cool-down is good for the long-term health of your turbos as well.

Happnens to early modded cars with K03s
Anyone had it happen to an unmodified car?
