Your fellow PEB tuner, who apparently has no reading comprehension, started this
with his comments. If he was informed and could comprehend what he read, he'd know the author of the article is a Wisco resident, the organization is Wisco based and the whole article was based on out of state (non-wisco plated cars) driving in Wisco.
Does Verrückt have experience in driving in Wisco with out of state plates? Hmmmm.......
I repost a Wisco residents note about the problems in his own state and link to two articles in one of the top 6 largest papers in the US, and a foriegn citizen (apparently, as German speakers have problems believing him being a German due to his poor German language skills) makes comments that he has far from accurate experience to appropriately and accurately address.
Verruckt's name fits him, period.
