Read the road tests. S4 is faster to 60 and through 1/4.
I have seen NO road tests for the S8 which were faster than the road tests for a stock S4. Car & Driver, Motor Trend, and Road & Track all got about a 5.5 second 0-60 and a 14.1 1/4 mile for the S4, and as far as I know the S8's are getting about a 6.0 sec. 0-60, with a 1/4 in the low-to-mid 14's.
I know how *my* stock S4 will do against an S8; just ask the guy I raced a week or so ago. :-)
