oil cooler: 180 degrees to cold for oil cooler thermostat?

Default oil cooler: 180 degrees to cold for oil cooler thermostat?

I have seen the mocal, perma-cool, and earl's thermostatic oil control valves, and they all open by 180 or 190 at most.

Does anyone know of any that opens at 195 or 200? thanks.

180* is pretty much ideal temp for oil, =)

I thought you needed to get above 212* to burn off any water???
