Oil filter spinning with oil cooler...help!

I figure using a channel lock but its an aluminum piece so it might break. **** if using the channel lock doesn't work is there anything else i can do?
Damn AutoEuropa for not tightening the nut on the cooler enough. (had a fender bender before and they did the work on the oil pan, oil cooler, and IC.

in between the oil cooler and some metal and it worked...i guess it wasn't so much the oil cooler was loose as the oil filter was way overtightened.
