Default Oil leaks in Camshaft Adjuster seals and Upper Oil pan gasket

I wonder if anyone had experienced oil leaks in the cam adjuster seals and/or upper oil plan gaskets. I just took my '01 S4 (black) for a the 40k service, the service folks found this leak. Am glad that its still under factory warranty. But not sure if this is a bad bad thing or just regular wear/tear.

They said they will take 2 days to fix this thingy.

Default Been there at about 15k miles. Welcome to low bid syndrome re: engine gaskets.

I agree - this engine does like to leak; and it doesn't matter if it's dino or synth. I'm going to need a BIG spill pan if I keep it longer than 75k miles...
