Ok, Lee at Metro Audi is da Man!
Just got off the phone and Audi Metro is back on my A list. He beat up the after market warranty people and made them pay full for the CV boots, auxilary coolant pump leak, and a washer pump leak I didn't know I had.
Get this (typcial aftermarket warranty):
"Yeah, we can pay for the parts and labor for replacing the auxilary pump, but we won't cover the cost of removing the manifold to get to the pump". What the %$#&.
As Lee said, "We are out of magic wands here so there is no %$%& way to get to the pump with removing the manifold."
Lee is da Man. Nuff said.

Good to hear.
It's not un-common to have to fight with the aftermarket warranty companies. They would always try to jack you one way or another. My favorite was when they would use labor times for a 96 A6 verses a 98. "They're both 2.8's, how could they be different?" The things I don't miss.
