K04 internals are crammed into the k03 housing, to kill that 200-400 rpm turbo lag...

is there a certain reason for not saying this info? If I was to buy this package would I get the full info on it? Kinda sounds silly to me that there is not much info or have I just not seen it?

i just meant the k04 internals are stuffed into the k03 housing, bigger turbine etc. right? or am i all wrong.
