OK, let's rehash this K03 vs. K04 thing...

I've never had problems daily driving, and if I stayed nose to nose with a super
k03 car 0-60 last night then I don't think there is a huge low end advantage because you don't need to be at 2500rpm much. I also don't believe the abt k04 thing is the perfect solution. I think for maximum power you are not going to get it out of those things.

Well, the older ABT K04s were a hybrid K03, the inlet side was the same
size. The exhaust end was the same as well. The impeller blades are what made it a bit faster. Keep in mind, you can only be as fast as you can get the exhaust gasses out of the car.
I could be totally wrong, but I think ABT has now adopted using the RS4 K04s (stock RS4 turbos) in their kits. THey may have different oil lines, or similar that are ABT only turbos, but rest assured, unless you have a ball bearing turbo (non KKK) then they are all pretty much the same. For these RS4 turbos Hp, TQ, and spool time are all dependent on the software and hardware that runs them.

and about lag and to S4Tune
so the point being that any time you're just cruising along on little throttle, and then nail the gas, your turbos have to spool up. Now it depends on your driving style, but for me, that spool up time matters. I do alot of in town driving where I nail the gas to pass people and weave around like a ********. I'm not saying your car sucks here, I'm just saying that turbo lag is a very noticeable effect (and the reason we have 2 blowers on the S in the first place right?). As to your offer, I will definately take you up on it! "
Do you think that I sit behind that slow civic on the one lane road and when I decide to pass him I can sip my drink while I'm waiting for the turbos to spool up? When I punch the gas at a desireable RPM (i don't try to pass at 2500RPM if i want to "nail the gas") the car takes off pretty damn instantly. Maybe 100rpm at the most from off boost to a nice 21psi spike. Does it lag more then a k03? Scientifically it must. do I mind waiting another fraction of a second more to then BLAST by someone? Not at all! Then you get to say
