Default I am homebrew and have some suggestions.

Like others say if you want plug and play get a fueling kit, I would go with ASP personally.

If you want to spend the time to get your car tweaked right, with homebrew you can do a lot.

My car has been pretty good with homebrew setup on plain jane K04's greens and Buen 88MM MAF. My FATS are anywhere from 3.3-3.7 depending on ambient temps.

I would however recommend you go with a different injector MAF setup other then greens, plan on using open element right off the bat that will save you headache in the long run.

I am still looking into what inj to use, was thinking of doing 90MM with mototrons and using an FPR to dial in. Might be to much for K04's, I sit around 110% duty cycle on greens.

I also recommend heat wraping lower turbo inlets and downpipes + exaust manis.

I am A-Box and love it. Its fast, no codes, and runs good.

Default I think the part where you said "A) do you like tunning/logging/and constantly messing around with y

your car." is way off. I tweaked mine over a year ago and havent touched the settings since. Once you get it dialed in it is just like any off the shelf kit, the ECU adapts to ambient and alt. so you have nothing else to tweak.

P.S. Most off the shelf kits I have seen have been "fine tuned" aka tweaked. A good example is when Brian (1BadS4) said "My setup isnt even tuned yet" Hold on, didnt he have an "off the shelf" kit? Why would it need tuning? A lot of others have said this as well.
:/

yea, but most other "off the shelf" kits need some tweaking too. Moss didnt fine tune your setup?

Default The fine tuning/tweaking you refer to is usually the owner deciding that they'd like to

try and push things with their engine a bit more than the tuner did. The reality is that nobody gets an OTS kit and then pulls timing or lowers boost to customize the tune. It's always pushing the timing a bit more or raising the boost a little, or trying to go a bit leaner.

The tuner has software that allows them to customize very precisely, the homebrew guy comes along and changes the timing, boost, or fuel across the board. That's not to say that you can't get more from the engine by upping the boost or running more timing advance, because clearly you can, but in doing so you're eroding the safety margin that the experienced tuner felt was appropriate.
