OK, my low beams are pointing down and the adjustment mechanism isn't helping

Default OK, my low beams are pointing down and the adjustment mechanism isn't helping
I'm guessing the body shop installed them incorrectly.

Any ideas what they did wrong and what I should calmly tell them to do tomorrow?

Default The screws aren't doing anything at all?
I don't see how installation would affect that - if that doesn't work, they are probably broken somehow...

they might not have the auto-leveling motors fully engaged into their sockets.

what about the levelers? are they operating? what is their failure mode?

Default Well, what if they installed the balasts upside down or something
But basically the screws raise them slightly, but nowhere near enough.

Default Did they hook up the lightleveling sensor near the wheel?
There is a sensor there thats connect to the suspension area. If not connected properly, your lights will not be adjustable

The auto leveling motors anchor the entire rotating mechanism. I would suspect this is the problem.
