Default Go right up the chain and be calm (I know it's hard). Going nuts isn't going to accomplish anything.

I can't see how they can possibly deny it.

Default DUDE...First things first...FILE A POLICE REPORT

Then, take that report in with you to the Audi Manager. I guarantee you that they will reimburse you. If they do not, then forward that report to AOA. In fact, it might not be a bad idea for you to call the cops while you are there. Damage was done to your personal property, and a police report simply formalizes that damage. I guarantee you somebody will act on it.

Good luck,
Andy

That's a little over the top don't you think? I would give them a chance first.

Default Not at all! You can be as polite as you want...with the police report in hand.

The report does not necessarily incriminate the dealership. It just states in writing that damage was done to his rims. Should the owner of the car feel that his argument is not being heard, he can dish out the police report to the sales manager...the sales manager will know that he is serious, and it might help him get his rims fixed. It works!

But, I can certainly understand using your methodology as well..I'm just offering a suggestion. I think he has like 24 hours to file a report...I wouldn't want him to miss his window

Default According to bbb, Richard Pasquali is the general manager.

The Service Manager is Rob McRann.

Here's what I would suggest, head to the dealer and ask first to speak with the Rob (ask for him by name). If he does not accept responsibility and offer an acceptable solution, ask to speak with Rich (again, ask for him by name) . Do the same if he/she doesn't offer a solution. Ask to speak to the owner - by name. Tell them that you will wait if they need to track him down.

Good luck.<ul><li><a href="http://www.bbbsilicon.org/commonreport.html?compid=207343">http://www.bbbsilicon.org/commonreport.html?compid=207343</a</li></ul>
