Default Ok, what are the best street pads for the Stoptech 332 BBK?...

And if you say Axxis Ultimate, you must live where it never rains. FYI, I don't care about expensive, just good, and safe, and they don't even need to be super agressive because the brake dust on the Axxis Ultimates is also terrible. TIA!

I've tried nothing else but the Axxis Ultimate's.

Those suck..try the bobcats. I like them...a lot less dust than the Axxis. Decent bite.

Default Thanks Gary, that sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. Where did you buy them?...

And btw, how are things?

Default Bobcats seem pretty good...

I've driven 2 guys cars with them and they seemed nice and they like them. I hate the Axxis Ultimates, they suck.

I have Carbotech pure track pads for track events and i'm pretty happy with them.

I've had a couple of other pads in my Stoptechs and i can't say i've been uber happy with anything in particular. Right now i have Hawk HPS and i'm just as happy as with any other street pad i've had. <shrugs>

Default I bought them from Pure MS...

They are the carbotechs..which are the bobcats, unless I have my head up my ****. Which I probably do. Thinks are, eh, OK. Wish I had a lot more money! But don't we all!

Default But they seem very expensive. Is an "8 Pad Set" actually "4 sets" of pads? Than it would be Ok...

though I rather just buy one set to check them out. TIA.

Default close... carbotech does not equal bobcat.

They make bobcat pads, as well as a bunch of other models of pad. I don't recall what the bobcats cost for the stoptech, but i think i paid about $200 for the front pads for my track pads. I have XP10s for track.
