Okay financial question, lease another S4 for 2 years to get into the new 2003/4 model?

Okay..
So I bought an S4 already. I bought it for the fiance', it's our car, but I like to modify things and she likes to modify just a bit, but a bit is not good enough for me, that one is paid for.
So I'm interested, possibly in the new 2003 W8 Twin Turbo S4, if they make it and there aren't better cars out by then.. So what to do?
Buy another S4 (avant or limo) sell it in 2 years as it loses value due to the "new" S4 offering (happens in most cases, of this type of vehicle). Or get a good lease (that is a term I have no knowledge in), for say 24 months, then turn it in to buy the new S4 (if it comes to be the way we all want it to be) or what? Since I already have one, I can easily move mods around, if need be.
Just a bit of help on this subject would be nice. I just really like the S4, and I don't think I can buy a 993 over another S4 (price, interior, features etc..).. So whatcha think?
Thanks
Tory

I had a 2000 on a 4-year lease but traded it in on a 2001 for a 2-year lease so I have the option. The residual on the 2-year lease is $27600 and since you can usually negotiate down the payoff if you buy the car out...say $25k, makes for a good choice...relatively inexpensive buyout to go nuts on mods OR trade in free and clear.
The only snag was some problems with my new car that are pissing me off but I'm happy with the decision. If you turn-over cars as frequently as me (plus I get a tax benefit for leasing) it makes sense to do as short-term as possible.
