Okay I need to hard wire a V-1 but don't have the hard wire kit

But I do have lot's of telco 4 wire, which terminal is Positive, and Which is Neg? The road trip portion of this trip is going to be real slow If I can't get this V-1 wired into the Rental SUV....

if someone can use a volt meter and test the passport 8500 too much appreciated.
