Basically the doors are cake, the pieces around the left and far right aren't too hard. Now the center piece. If you don't want to straight just break the thing off be prepared to take apart your entire dash. You'll have to pull the stereo so get the special clips that allow you to do that. Pretty much have to pull everything out of the center piece (stereo & HVAC) to get at the screws that will let that center piece come out. All so you can get at the clips that are right above the emmergancy signal button. Let me know if you run in to any problems pulling it all apart and I'll try to help.

Aluminum trim belongs in sport compacts, not $40k luxury sedans...IMO. I skipped the sport package just because I didn't want aluminum trim.
