An old topic: is APR bi-pipe worth that money? In 3 years I am on my second stock TBB

No, 4.5yrs chipped and never lost a TBB or 710N(2 cars, APR and X sw run on it). However
it is a nice piece, looks to flow more if you have K04s. 65K collective mi. Never an issue on stock parts. Inspected my TBB last month (off the car), looks/feels almost new after 4yrs on this car. I do have a BiPipe that I will either install or an AMS TBB with my Stg3 stuff - fittment will determine the result as the BiPipe can cause issues for those running spacers... found that out last month as well ;-)
Now my POS Forge BPVs, theres another story... what a waste of money.

Haven't given up yet...
But with the thinner ASP spacers the BiPipe is a real b!tch to get on correctly and the small change in height is just enough of a change to force it out of the timing belt dimples/reliefs, which in turn pushes the bipipe into the fan. Thats the real problem with spacers and the bipipe. I plan on working on the covers a bit for clearance and re-trying while the front end is off. It's pretty hard to do with all the stuff/bumper on there.
If you run an EFK this would not be an issue, but not going to do one on mine so...

debate the cost but you really can't debate the bipipe design
Yea, the oem boots are cheap but they can start leaking at the worst possible time. Besides, you need a bipipe to tap for water injection nozzles
