One last xenon bulb question....
Is there supposed to be "stuff" inside the little bubble inside the bulb itself? Looking at the brand new bulbs I just got you can see "stuff" inside the bulb. Just hoping that it is in fact supposed to be there and that it's not a sign of the bulbs being used, cause my 5 year old bulbs have it too.
