Default For what purpose? Street? Track?

Street -- people seem very pleased with the Mintex RedBox pads. You might also want to consider the EBC Greenstuff pads.

AWE Tuning sells the Mintex pads. I think Tire Rack sells the EBC's.<ul><li><a href="http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shared/part_detail.cfm?PMaI=1&amp;PMoI=4&amp;PEI=6&amp;PP =s4_27t_brakes.cfm&amp;PPT=Brakes&amp;IL=MintexPad s">Mintex "RedBox" Brake Pad Sets</a></li></ul>

Default Yes, what Andy said, and Yes , very easy to do yourself

don't even need to take the calipers off. Just unclip, carefully spread the pistons apart to accept the thicker new pads, remove the old, slide in the new, WALLA. Oh,and plug in the sensor. And don't forget to properly bed them.

Default if you're doing rear ones you need to get a disk brake caliper tool...

at least if you're an amatuer (like me) - front pads can be done with nothing but tools to take the wheel off and some cheap electrical stuff if you need to rig the wear sensors (if your new pads do not have them) and a screw driver...rears, the tool helps!!!

Link to rear tool:<ul><li><a href="http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40732">http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=40732</a</li></ul>
