One of my collars on my coilovers won't budge, any suggestions?

Spray it with PB Blaster...clean out any grime with a toothbrush...
wait 20 minutes...*tap* the spanner with a hammer and punch every 5 minutes while you're letting it soak...then take another stab at turning it.

STFA, but I think I recall someone having to remove the C/O from the car to free the collar.
I think some grease is recommended upon installation to prevent the collars from freezing on the threads.

send it back to the company who made it (ex. H&R)... i had to.....
send mine out because it was cross threaded.
we even took the coilover out and had it in a vice, and still couldnt get it to turn.
