Default Only making 0.3-0.4 bar boost? Then...

"If the charge pressure control fails, the charge
pressure is thus limited to a 'basic charge
pressure' in order to prevent the maximum
permissible charge pressure being exceeded.

This results in a loss of performance.
The 'basic charge pressure' is the charge
pressure (approx. 300 - 400 mbar) which is
achieved without regulation (mechanical
charge pressure)."

Default Hmmm...perhaps that's my problem.

My car (intermittently) has only been making about 5.5psi pretty much since I got the turbos replaced in Jan. I didn't really notice it right away, cause I've been driving the car like a granny since then. I think it's now time to remove the coilovers, brakes, and take it back to the dealer.

Default Corey and LCP...this is probably a limp mode.

This could be caused by a number of things...a faulty O2 sensor, an intermittentent EGT sensor, also your MAF sensor. I'd say those three things would be the first things I'd check. Your dealer can probably figure it out pretty fast though, by checking readiness codes for everything.

I really do not reccomend to keep driving in this limp mode...cause I did awhile ago, and eventually one of my turbos blew :\
