Ordering Bilstein shocks to go along with my H&R springs, question

My stock shocks are pretty much shot from running H&R sport springs for about 15,000 miles. I'm about to buy Bilstein springs from ECS but after doing some searching, the general consensus seems to be that you should run grooved Bilstein shocks with H&R springs to get the ideal ride hight. However, ECS needs 10 days in advance to groove the shocks before they send them out, and the only time I can get my car in for service is in about 10-13 days. One of my stock shocks is completely shot, so I'd really like to get the Bilsteins on asap. Is the ride height really low and/or awkward looking with H&R's and non-grooved Bilsteins, or should I hold out and spend the extra money/time to have them grooved?

I only remember three songs the whole set! There was a crapload of people at that show! Holy crap! Good thing I see them again this Friday at Arco! :-)

my bandmates and our wives. Great show, too big venue IMHO. We got pretty banged-up too, shouted our heads off, had a good time, then had to rush home to relieve the sitters!
