This looks to be the first of its kind offered.

At first glance it appears to be a great deal, especially for you speed merchants, but the quoted cost is a PER MONTH charge. Multiply by 12 to get the annual cost and it doesn't look like such a bargain any more.

Your assertion is true and your conclusion is also true, but the conclusion does not follow from the assertion.

A greedy, speedy actuary would compare the cost of the coverage to his expected cost of tickets and evaluate whether it's a good deal on that basis alone.

I think the intent of this program is so that people who find this "coverage" attractive realize just how much per month they are paying for their tickets. Perhaps then these people will slow down and not need the coverage.<p>Brett Gissel
