Default is our timing belt covered under a service interval in our 50K mile warranty?

how about other major items?

curious to know if there are any major items that need to be replaced (typical wear and tear) after our 50K mile warranty is up?

Default Well, my front rotors failed state inspection at 60k. They were too thin.

Dealer wanted $600 to replace and that was without new pads. Timing belt isn't scheduled until 105k according to the manual, but the sticker under the hood says 70k, so who knows?

No. Audi has some insane 90-120K service interval for the belt. I'd NEVER wait that long!
