Default Its very possible that its a software issue. Did this happen as soon as you installed your fueling?

Pressure test your system, check and re-check your wastegate lines, and ensure you have a good N75. Log boost and N75 duty cycle and see what is happening. ASP code, AFAICT, really doesn't use a lot of feedback to control the N75. Therefore, if everything isn't calibrated properly for your particular hardware setup, its possible to over or underboost. There have been plenty of people with this issue....myself included.

Default its possible, but he has the same file we have been flashing on other cars, with almost identical

hardware, and iirc the file he has only got 80% n75dc at midrange and climbing to 84% up top, he shouldnt be seeing over 22psi spike (lets just say give or take +/-22psi spike and taper to 20.5 or so

oh he has piggie dp and cats, shouldnt see that kind of boost unless his wastegate is stuck, couldnt open to bleed boost

I worry on "Misfires when you get on it" you really need to make sure the car is in good shape!

Default even if he has tighten wastegate, beyond where it is set at N75 should be able to control it

right? unless it was tighten at over 20psi?
