PO234, thanks for the run-down. sorry to hear that the wheels don't fit, but I guess we now know that these RS4 Reps from OE Wheels LLC DO NOT FIT our B5 S4's. Hopefully others will read this post before going through with the purchase. it is such a PITA fitting these wheels then realizing the don't fit, and having to ship them back.
Now to the the hard part, other than Hartmann or achtuning, where can we find these reps that ACTUALLY fit, with decent quality and are relatively affordable.
Anyone else...?

No fitment problems at all. No spacers currently and running on H&R ultra lows coilovers and the ECS stage 2 big brake kit. But I'm not exactly sure where the wheels came from cause I got them used for a steal and I powder coated them black and I'm running 235/35 wrapped in bfg gforce KDW2's
Haha I'm not exactly sure how to post a picture on here or I would for u

Maybe you ordered the wrong offset? These are from them, just did my homework prior to ordering, and were fine. Like I said earlier, RS6 replicas, but they are fine. I also had the OEM Ultrasport 18x8 43MM and they BARELY fit over the stock brakes but... they did fit as well.
Their ad on ebay:
FITMENT: All A4 / A6 / A8 / RS6 / S4 / S6 / S8 / V8 / TT 1993 thru 2005 / Will not fit Allroad or A6 2.7T.
My email to them:
Will these fit on a 2001 Audi S4? Will I need to use spacers or anything else?
Their response:
That will fit as stock, no spacers required.
So, in review, twice they say they will fit, and they don't. For the record, their advertised size is:
PRODUCT: Custom RS4 Style Replica
WHEEL SIZE: 18x8
WHEEL OFFSET: 38mm
BOLT PATTERN: 5x100/112

Do you have a link to someone that sells this in a 43mm offset? Also I'm not a wheel genius but won't that 43mm offset bring the hub closer to the spokes, which are already too close and rubbing the calipers?
The way I understand it, the higher the offset, the closer the hub is to the wheelface (and further from the centerline), which brings the wheel closer to the center of the car. And in the case of the RS4 wheels, since they are flat faced, bringing the spokes closer to the hub, leaving less room for the brakes?
It just appears the spokes are too fat, decreasing the offset pushes the wheel out away from the car (bad), and also away from the caliper (good). Increasing the offset moves the wheel closer to the car (good) and closer to the caliper (bad).
Either way, to get them to fit you end up with something like this, all pushed out:

keep in mind the wheels he (lucky) is referencing are ultrasports, and not RS4 style wheels; big difference. the ultrasports are more flat whereas the RS4 wheel design has a more concave offset.
i actually called OE wheels llc yesterday and specifically mentioned the problems some customers are having with the RS4 reps, and the rep proceeded to tell me "i cannot guarantee those wheels will fit your model vehicle", or as i see it, they don't fit. not sure why there are telling others they will.
the only wheel that OE wheels sells that will fit a b5 s4 is their R8 wheel. period.
still searching for other vendors...
