p1127 / p1179 just installed new 02

I recently replaced the B1S1 O2 to fix a faulty O2 and hopefully fix the running rich issue, but low and behold, 2days later CEL, P1127 ( B1 running rich), and P1176 ( o2 correction behind catalyst b1 limit attained) I recently had a few hoses replaced and a smoke test done to check for any leaks, so no leaks at the moment. Cleaned my MAF, but it is the original which are pretty crappy Ive heard. This car is headache after headache. Any info / suggestions would be great. Thanks again .

P0421 : warm up catalyst efficiency below threshold. ( Bank 1 )

P1129: Long term fuel trim mult. Bank 2 System Too Rich

P1127: Long term fuel trim mult. Bank 1 system too rich

Live data as follows.
ECT (F): 194
STFT B1 : 0.7
LIFT B1: -20.3
STFT B2 : -2.3
LIFT B2 : -19.5
ENG RPM: 1600
MPH 39

I cant figure out whats going on with this beast. Maybe the MAF sensor is toasted? I just did a smoke test and no leaks, cant really figure out whats the next step. Any tips or suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
