Default Paging Smokin S4: Wish this link still worked, do you still have all the pictures? **RS4 Front End**

I was wondering if it is possible to pull the back out nicely and run RS4 front fenders with a RS4 front bumper, then use a RS4 sideskirt to match it up and pull the rears out/do some fabrication to meet the sideskirt? Also could you go without the sideskirt and mold the front RS4 fender in any way to match stock S4 sideskirts? Do you have to take the door molding off? Are there holes in the doors? can the bottom door molding come off and match up to RS4 sideskirts or does that look weird? Just curious, thanks!

Smokin S4's Article

Default Don't know all the answers but there are holes to be filled when you pull the door moldings. I

remember blitz/silverbullet posting pics of this.

Default removing the lower door molding matches to the rs4 side-skirts. the front doors on the s4

are the same as rs4, except for the door moldings.

you will have to have some work done on the doors if you remove the moldings, similar to what happens for an RS4 body conversion.

Default can the front of the rear qt panel on an OEM S4 be pulled to match the sideskirts?

and then the fender pulled a little bit for larger tires (not AS wide as oem RS4, but wider non the less)? can the rear of an OEM S4 door be pulled out to adapt to this as well>?

Default I think it alot of work to make look right. I have shaved the moldings of one of my S4's in the

Past. The tops pull out nicely, Where as on the bottoms you will need to grind off these little metal nipples and weld or even better glue some filler pieces in all the reamaining holes. Fill, sand, smooth and your half way there!

Default The OEM sideskirts won't fit - I tried w/o full widebody conversion

The best bet is LLTeks sideskirts and rear adaptors.

Here's a link to what LLTeks fake widebody kit looks like:
