Default Paging Verruckt or anyone else with Stage 3 lighting upgrade...
I ordered the 50 watt bulbs and ballasts from SPP and am hoping to find some answers as to where and how I'm going to mount the new ballasts. SPP didn't seem to have the best advice but I may try again with another rep. In reality though I'd rather take instruction from fellow AW'ers with first-hand knowledge.

What prompted me to upgrade?:

Default Mine are mounted right inside the headlight casing.
The ballasts are quite small and fit no problem. Hope it helps.

Supremepowerparts sells the kit for $400 with your choice of bulb temperature. I went with 5000K.

50 watt ballasts? Mine are larger than OEM. Still fit?

Default I have one mounted on a carbon tray above the ABS unit and the other velcro'd to the side of the air
box.
