I've had nothing but great dealings with Jon. Had some questions doing the install of mine, called Jon on a saturday and he stopped mid-mountain bike ride to answers my questions and bs with me. First time I ever talked to him.

The band is trying like hell to be ready for next weekend's recordings.
IT work hasn't let up since the SOX joy.
