Stoked

My dealer "accidentally" drilled into the front license bracket to put the front license plate on, even though I didn't want it drilled into (said something about it being the law...sheesh). Well he's getting me a new front license bracket because of my dissatisfaction. However, the thing comes unpainted and will cost extra to get it painted.

What is the cost for such a small job? Is it a small job? Is it more involved than simply spray painting it with Audi color matched paint? He quoted a hundred bucks! Is this totally out of line?

Even though we don't require a front plate here in PA, My car was trucked in from NYC where front plate is required. Hence four very large ugly holes in the front bumper section. Dealer told me that the part would cost $58 & $25 - $30 to paint it. I just hope to God the silver matches. I'm stll waiting for the mud flaps to get in and have hime do everything.
