most of theses guys, drill a hole in the bottom or edge of your door or body panel
and then PUSH the dent out...then cover the hole with a rubber grommet
the better ones slide a long tool (simliar in shpae to a spatula)
bewtwen the window and weather stripping and then lever the dent out, a bit at a time

They do the job right on your drive way and it was very cheap. The result and service was also very good. If you don't believe give them a call, and check out my car.

They use a guy that shows up once every two weeks. He uses a machine that pushes from the inside of the dent at different points around the dent in small increments. I saw a fixed dent by him on a Mercedes (hard metal), looks like factory now. I am going to fix mine with them, too.
