Part numbers for the 2 small rubber tubes the connect the top of the diverter valves....

one is "S" shaped about 2-3 inches long the other is straight runs about 6". Thx.

They'll have something similar in inner diameter that will work. For the "S" shaped hose, create a loop with the regular vac hose (think of a rollercoater loop). This avoids any sharp bends (kinks).

is nice and snug open initial instillation. After a few weeks I can spin the lines on the tops of the diverter valves. They don't come off but they are not snug any longer.

Do not overtighten it...as tempting as that may be. The nipple on the BPV is plastic...just remember that. And it's not under pressure, so just screw it down just enough that the clamp is snug. Many people just use zip ties...that tells you how insignificant this is.
