Wow, my little brother has an 05 STi w/ 300 whp, 355 wtq same mods..
He does well against me until we get into 3rd and then I put two to three cars on him from ~70-100.

OMG that was murder. You really need new software...that should have helped immensly(sp) but...
you'll probably need K04s at least in a good 3- config to pull or even out with him. Cause not only are those cars lighter but their 1-4 gears are short and hard charging....from 110+ it should favor the S.
