Are probably due to the engines adjusting for your erratic load via the throttle manipulation.

Notice how your MAF reading starts to move before your throttle, when the throttle overreacts and makes those relatively large adjustments.

one more thing that I find strange...my rpm's remain constant during these jerks?

That makes sense if the car is reacting to a perceived load change rather than an actual one.

Jerky power under load 3.5k-6.5krpm. Even thought I was hearing light whooshing too.

So did put in a samco tbb (from vr_life's collection).

However, while my mech was in there up to his elbows, he replaced all the fraying brittle vacuum lines, and put in decent clamps.

Pressure test afterward.

Smooth as a baby's butt now...
