Passenger side Cam Position is off due to my stupidity for allowing debris (plastic) to enter

I don't understand how minor debris could've caused the belt to jump if it were tensioned properly.
Fvcking up a timing belt is not something you want to play with.

She is all fixed w/o any internal injury. They did have to replace the timing belt due to a nick/cut.
So for the bad news my Shop (<a href="http://www.possumhollowmotorsports.com" target="_blank">Possum Hollow Motorsports</a> gave me the bill $0.00 (ZERO, NADA, You pay Nothing) even after stating to him this was my stupidity for attempting to replace a timing cover w/o fully investigating how to remove it in the first place. He stated since he broke the part initially that it was his fault for me being under the hood. I don't want anyone to get the impression that he's going to do this for every patron that takes on DIY's & needs a shop to bail them out for free. This is a shop that helps out a patron and does not nickle & dime them. A satified customer will always return for more work and make recomendations to all they meet.
So if anyone wants a shop that stands behind their work is reputable enough to take care of a stupid patron, who attempts things w/o good research or background of the task at hand. Yes, I frequent the shop about every month with something either wrong or upgrade that I'm just not able to or want to attempt. That's still more then I would expect from any business to absorb.
So if anyone is in need of a good motorsoprt shop in the philly area please give Bill Boys of
<a href="http://www.possumhollowmotorsports.com" target="_blank">Possum Hollow Motorsports</a> a chance to show you how a motorsport shop should be run.
That is all...
