Only when it's very cold out like sub freezing. Just make sure you bed in the pads.

Default i just bought these pads, going on car next week, if much better than stock then i can deal w/ ....
squealing.

well, as long as it is not screeching ;-)

still praying my sportec is not bent.

I use them with OEM slotted (from ECS) and they don't squeak at all.

Default I like them... the only noise they make is a slight noise like sand paper when you stop
when the windows are down.
